“Learn the practical tips & techniques from a previous loan manager”
by aGEE Lee

Date & Venue
13th November 2009, Legend Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Dear friend,

Many businessmen have great vision for success, and do not try to teach them how to make money. No doubt, they really appreciate and understand the ways to execute their business plans. Often, they are public relation people and will leave the rudimentary of making smooth the operation of business to Accountants and Managers.

These people will go to greater height, if only they take efforts to plan effectively their finances. Accountants and Managers must lend their expertise to see their business operations effectively managed by translating them into dollars and cents.

From experience, it was found that these people usually failed to put their ideas, plans and targets convincingly when they meet bankers to seek for banking facilities. It is the intention of this motivator to show the SIMPLE ways and irascible manners on how bankers made their decisions to lend. Call them idiosyncrasies or red tapes, whatever, but please bear in mind that is the only path of doing business with them. Inevitably, it is also the aim of this motivator to show some decision making tools that can help everyone in the business to make more money.
